For your peace of mind all orders except samples are sent with proof of posting. Shipping timelines are estimates and do not account for holidays, inclement weather, back orders. Payment, receipt, and tracking information are provided via email after orders are completed.
Prohibitions and restrictions vary from country to country and are liable to change at short notice. Given this we ask that you check the local laws for the destination country before purchasing from us as we can’t be held responsible for any delays, returned goods, or possible customs charges.
For full clarification please contact the destination country’s trade, postal, and customs authorities as appropriate.
IMPORTANT: It is up to you the customer, not us, to determine whether any products you wish to order are legal in your country.
International delivery charges vary depending on the country and weight of the items. All products are shipped on the same day if orders are placed before 1 p.m.
If we are aware of any delays in delivery times we will contact you immediately. You may cancel your order without cost up to the point that you receive confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Undeliverable Orders
If your order is lost in the post we will send you a replacement according to the timescale designated by the chosen courier for items to be considered lost. If your order is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information being supplied to us by you or through the goods being otherwise undeliverable through no fault of our own we may, subject to discretion, charge a redelivery cost equivalent to the cost of redelivery + a …% administration fee. Please ensure that you give us correct postal information and that you accept delivery or collect your items in a timely manner to avoid redelivery costs.
If you do not receive your order within the stated times please contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, resend your order. Please note that all deliveries are made via third parties and are subject to their terms and conditions. Although we make our best efforts to get your order to you as quickly as possible we are not able to guarantee levels of delivery service and timescales for delivery.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We have a no hassle return policy and will take a product back within those 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with seals in tact and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If an item has been used/opened we cannot accept a return due to potential denaturing of the product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Never send a product back without our permission.
Product must be returned to receive a refund. Once product is received a refund will be issued.
Please check your order carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. You may submit claims for damaged items within 3 days of receiving your shipment. To return a product please fill in this returns form.
Once your return has been received it will be subject to an inspection. We will notify you via email to inform you if the return has been approved or rejected. If rejected the return will be sent back to you. If approved we will contact you to confirm the return option.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Please refer to ‘best before’ dates on product packaging to determine product life. However, we guarantee a minimum of 6 months shelf life from when the product is dispatched.
